ROTEM SRS CO., LTD. (the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.
The Company website does not operate any feature through which users enter personal information directly, such as membership registration, online inquiry forms or comments. This Policy applies to information generated automatically while using the website, and to personal information processed by the Company when you apply for a job or send an inquiry to the e-mail addresses listed on the website.
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes only. If a purpose changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Act.

The Company does not request unique identification information such as resident registration numbers, or sensitive information such as beliefs or health data, in job applications. Applicants are asked not to include such information in their resumes.
The Company retains personal information within the period required by law or notified at the time of collection, and destroys it without delay once the purpose has been achieved.
The Company processes personal information only within the scope of Article 1 and provides it to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Act, such as with the data subject's consent or under special provisions of law. The Company currently does not provide personal information to third parties.
The Company entrusts the following work for the stable operation of the website.

In accordance with Article 26 of the Act, the Company specifies in writing that the trustee must not process personal information for other purposes, must take security measures and must not re-entrust the work without permission, and supervises the trustee. Any change of the trustee or the entrusted work will be disclosed through this Policy.
The Company has designated the following Chief Privacy Officer, who is responsible for personal information processing and for handling complaints and remedies of data subjects.
Data subjects may contact the above officer and department regarding any inquiries, complaints or remedies related to personal information arising from website use or job applications, and the Company will respond without delay.
Data subjects may apply for dispute resolution or consultation to the following organizations (Korean language services).
This Policy applies from the effective date. Any additions, deletions or corrections due to changes in laws or policy will be announced on the website notice board at least 7 days before they take effect.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
